1. The service

Gateproxies provides proxy infrastructure, account tools, and related support as described on the website and in the package you select. Features, availability, coverage, and pricing may vary by product and market.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password and API credentials confidential, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Gateproxies only for lawful activity and in compliance with applicable rules, third-party terms, and the rights of others. You may not use the service to:

• Commit fraud, impersonation, harassment, or unauthorized access.
• Distribute malware, credential theft, spam, or harmful content.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
• Evade security controls, rate limits, bans, or access restrictions.
• Operate activity that creates an unreasonable load or threatens the service or network.

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service, other customers, or the public.

4. Purchases, renewals, and cancellation

Prices, package limits, renewal behavior, and available payment methods are shown during purchase or in your account. You authorize the applicable charges when you complete a purchase. If a package renews automatically, the account or purchase flow will identify that behavior where available.

Refunds, returns, credits, expiry, and cancellation are governed by our Return & refund policy, which is part of these terms. That policy states the timeframe to request a refund after payment, the review timeframe, the processing timeframe after approval, and that refunds are issued only to the same payment details used for the original transaction. Contact support promptly if you believe a charge or package status is incorrect.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the service reliable, but proxy availability, geographic inventory, network performance, and third-party destinations can change. We do not guarantee that every IP, location, target, or integration will be available at every moment.

6. Your content and feedback

You retain rights to information you submit to Gateproxies. You grant us the limited rights needed to process it, provide support, secure the service, and meet our obligations. Feedback may be used to improve the service without creating an obligation to you.

7. Confidentiality and security

Keep credentials and API keys private. Do not send secrets through support email. We may limit, rotate, or revoke credentials when needed to protect an account or the service.

8. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis. Gateproxies is not responsible for the content, availability, or behavior of third-party websites, networks, tools, or destinations you access through a proxy.

To the extent permitted by law, Gateproxies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may change these terms when the service, law, or operational requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
