Getting started
Create an account, verify your email, and open the workspace. Choose a proxy type based on the job, then use the host, port, username, and password shown for your package.
Include the product, target country or city, protocol, tool, time of the issue, and the result you expected. Never include your API key or password.
Proxy types
Residential is a strong starting point for public-data collection, regional testing, and workflows where a real-user network context matters.
Use mobile when carrier paths are part of the requirement. Use ISP Premium when the same static identity should remain stable for a longer session.
Sessions and targeting
A sticky session holds one route for a period of time so a multi-step flow sees a consistent IP. Rotation changes the route more frequently for breadth.
City and deeper targeting are available on eligible products and markets. Check the location controls available for the package you select.
Billing and usage
Residential and mobile are commonly measured by traffic volume. ISP Premium packages are commonly measured by IP. The pricing page shows the current purchase options.
After you purchase, your account workspace shows the package information and usage available to your account.
Security
No. Do not send passwords, API keys, or private tokens. Support can diagnose most issues from the product, location, protocol, tool, and timestamp.
